Thank you for your report.
I've had a look at the video and it doesn't look like it was a death evade. We put some stairs at that spot to give access to the back area of the roofs where he ran at the end of the video. He was at 7hp around the start of the video and then took some more damage when he fell off the pizza roof. I'm guessing he would have about 1-3-hp left there by that point after the fall.
It looks like he tried to run down the stairs but because he was sprinting he dropped off the top of the stairs due to the steepness died at the bottom of them. I feel that if he meant to death evade he would have just ran straight forward or fell down where the drop is very big. Looks like he was just trying to escape.
On that basis I'm denying this appeal.
