ok so lemme explain its not kinda ban evade as everyone knows that i have my own cafe,
one cafe member was banned thats why i got my ip banned, i connected mistkaely after banning and i saw my name was banned due to ip so i restarted the poster and started playing 
Fair enough, if the ban was registered on your nick I'd have banned you already.
Consider this as a
warning, and make sure you explain this to your cafe users that from now on any ban they receive will not be reduced or lifted under any condition, and that they're responsible for their own actions. Even if you connect from the same IP or PC/Laptop the ban will remain the same, and if any player has been caught evading their ban by connecting with a new nick or same nick on another IP or UID necessary action will be taken.
