Time and date (if known): few minutes ago
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Unhittable lag/warp/artificial lag

Additional information: As you can see in the video this guy warps awfully. I recorded while Icyfuzion was dueling him and Icy got confused too since he was voice chatting with me. This guy has nearly has 160 ping still lags af and doesn't get kick.
