HELP- CAN NOT CONNECT TO SERVER DUE TO NOT SAME VERSION

HELLO ALL
I HAVE PROBLEM THAT I CAN NOT CONNECT TO SERVER I DOWNLOADED THE LAST 0.4 VC MP AND WHEN I WANT TO CONNEC TO YOUR SERVER OR ANY OTHER BROWSER CAN NOT UPDATE TO VERSION 0.4 REL 006
I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO I HAVE VERSION 0.4 BUT  IT CAN NOT BE UPDATED TO THAT SERVER VERSION.

I did all of that  and now there are no updates or that stuff but when i click on your server nothing happens, i tried a lot of times but nothing i dont know what can be a problem.....

The problem was with the game i reinstalled it with different instalatiion
