Additional info: His ping is always between 70 - 85. This lag is weird.

Banned for death evade offence. The evidences for lag tool aren't enough, need to see more of him. Next time, try to record him for more time along with checking his ping constantly. Right now, it appears to be normal ping spike to me, nothing else.
