I just recently met him in-game, and I have warned him for now. He has apologized and I assume he will not do it again.

So, I will be letting him go with a warning this time. Next time, will be a severe punishment.

About xX[ERROR]Xx, considering he was unaware of the rules, he will be given a warning too and will be advised to refrain such greed act of gaining money in future.
