Additional information: usually, I would ignore an evade when it comes to falling off from a building because it can easily be done by accident. In this case, it's not the first time he's been caught evading so I think reporting him is the most appropriate thing I can do right now. Also, a second before he fells off from the building you can see him running towards the edge, which, in my opinion, is a clear sign of an intentional attempt to death evade.

You are right i did not fall by accident, it was intentional, but what was not intentional is my lowness of health percentage.
