Time and date (if known): yesterday around 11-12 pm
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: fake lag/lag tool/ping jitter kick evading

Additional information: first things first i don't know who is this guy , he connected from Pakistan his ping was nearly around 450-480
the weird thing is this guy is lagging so hard even within 1 hour he didn't get even 1 single 500ms ping avg kick just imagine that his ping is literally below 500ms (avg ping kick limit) , and his ping strangely were moving from 160-180 to 450-480 in one second and it repeated same thing (unstable ping) like 200 times that's not a normal ping avg... as you can see in the video second 0.40 his ping went from 170 to 375 ,which i think his normal ping is between 170 and 190 (without fake lag) and the disgusting thing is that guy was evading from ping jitter kicks like when he get the 4th warn he disconnect and then reconnect all the time , something weird also he was timing out a lot  (you can check logs and see) idk if that because the lag tool or fake lag .. this guy is using something for sure thats not a normal player...

bump , since 2 or 3 days player called W4RRIOR banned for the same reason (artificial
lag) but he had a better ping than that...

I have thoroughly watched the video. As you said above, to me it seems like this horrendous lag might be due to combination of high lag, and jitter. And by lead aim, you were able to land some of the shots on him successfully.

As long as ping is under 500ms and not exceeding the limit specified by developers, I think its fine.. But,
I am going to watch this guy and try to investigate it further along with other staff and try to come up with conclusion.

If you see him, kindly record some more evidence and post them again on forums with reference to this report and it will be entertained diligently altogether.
