I'm afraid you would have to use the preset races there are already or custom races which you create on your own (using the /racehost command on the server) for these events.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

NO I wanted to create a race/races these arent like the other, but i think thats too complicated. I only start some standard races and write the winners down. But who gives me the money for winners  :P ???
