Writing in bann Appeals

Hi all
I wondered why i cant write something into a bannappeal but "savis" or "maddolis" can.
They are no admins and no big fishes too;)

Any1 who is not a mod or admin can only write in ban appeals that they have made.

If it says Mod under their names they're a mod, if it doesn't they aren't...

Here's a hypothesis: maybe.. they left samp or just gave up being mod/admin, so their forum rights got removed?

Thats right only in 9th class germany so iam not the best in english  :P
