When a player participates in a race, and resides in the race start zone, a vehicle should be locked and invulnerable.
But recently, other players are able to hijack modded vehicles freely. I suggest this bug be fixed. It may cause some players to drive out of the race zone to avoid a car-jacker, and then have the race initiate whilst outside the race zone, therefore missing participation. (me).
