As I already said, once we had even to earn money, starting from 0 cash every time we connected lol, when there wasn't a chance to save your progresses, and I’m still here with full bank like most of the player of that period. So I don't think it's so hard sooner or later to find a way to get rich
Maybe it could be a good idea giving to who registers now a little help like 50k instead of 5k like atm
I remember that time. Each time connecting with $500 and having to re-earn all that money. Disconnections were the worst enemy. I remember leaving the game running for hours whilst I ate and showered so I didn’t loose my weapons!

damn you're right, disconnections were the worst fear of everyone...you might have earned much cash in some hours, then a disconnection happened, and it was a crap! lol
A little extra cash on start up would be nice for new players, but it would be good if when they registered a pop-up message came stating “$50,000 has been entered in to your bank accountâ€. This way the player would have to learn how to use the bank account and would realise that they can bank and save money.
i agree 100% cause being new LW players newbies (at least on this gm), they would probably lose the starting cash gained with the registration, due to a kill by someone seeing cash on them...so it would be better putting the initial 50k in their own bank with an automatic server message (with a blip too, maybe?)
