eh yo LW staff memberz, i'm havin the same problem!! i know what my password is but i never logged in about a year or less and today when i tried to log in it wouldn't allow me in!! when i tried to fill out the password recovery and it isn't working as well so what's the problem here??

yo LW staff membuhz, I'm still waitin' 4 a reply!!! so why is my account not working/functioning and your stupid password recovery is not working, so whatz the reaL deaL here playa'?? Each time i fill out the password recovery it says, "The username/e-mail address you supplied is not valid.", which I filled out correctly and properly!! so I hope one of the staff members can help me on my problem/situation cause.... it's preventin' me from causin' huge devastation to LW while I'm on LOL!!

It doesn't work because you registered your email like this:    [westside_lankan_pista@hotmail.com] and it's supposed to be westside_lankan_pista@hotmail.com without the []. So you can't do password recovery and we have no way to check players passwords as it's hashed

so what r u saying Alvar?? i have 2 make a brand new account??? but i don't want to!! and how can I register a email address sayin': [westside_lankan_pista@hotmail.com] , that's really weird lol!! I'm pretty sure i registered my account with: westside_lankan_pista@hotmail.com and about the password.... I remember it but when i type it on your poor login system, it does not work and your 3 attempt system doesn't work as well since i tried so much time tryin' to type in my password!! so is it me or is the LW server is buggy!!
WeLL i really don't wanna make a brand new account since my old one holdz my legacy and supremacy so I really don't wanna start LW all ova again so please try helpin me sort this problem out, iight please & thank u!!

Oh boy. I bet you did register like this /register [email] password, no wonder you can't recover your password like this. It's YOUR fault, NOT ours. Would you really want that we would know LW player's passwords? It's your password that you forgot and it's your account that you registered with wrong email.

You can't blame us for your mistakes.

@ West: Contact a managment member here on the forum or on IRC (PM should work fine and dugi should be your best bet) and ask them to change the e-mail adress related to your ingame account.
