pm's are abused by some people.they used to pm others for money and ..............
spam the chat.
make pm's to be blocked /blockpm 4 etc
so they should not tease anyone,because pms got attention

Nah,when some one spam with pm report him to admin,i always do that,but no to blocked

Why not block? When someone is annoying me, I should be able to stop him. Not mute or something, just pms from him won't appear on my screen.

Ok but one thing: if someone is ignoring you, then at least you should be warned about that player ignoring you.
