Fix the ping limit kicker

* A summary of the changes that you want - I want that some scripter fix this ping limit kicker,he fails hard these days.
* The advantages of this change happening - There will be less laggers,these days i see players with +450 ping,and no its not only for second,ping is like 750 and it keeps a minute there.
* The disadvantages of this change happening - I cant see any right now
* Any script snippets which provide the feature that you want - / -

ye i noticed that too
but its better to decrease it first and fix it like for ex whoever get +300 ping get kicked immediately

dugi told me weeks ago that ping-kicker kicks the player with 450+ ping after 1 minute without any changes to his ping.

Cheetos I don't like ur idea, sometimes ur ping can reach 300 for a sec even on a good net. But yeah, there are loads of terrible laggers now :/

this has nothing to do with his suggestion,

Oh well, i though the system auto kicks players with more than 450 ping after 1 minute detecting that the player has huge ping
