My nick name was =_Captain_Edward_=  then i reported and /pm  chainer to change my name to [eSK]Captain_Edward[Cm]  and he did it. i played for few minutes.  then i tried to Relog

But the server says [eSK]Captain_Edward[Cm] is unacceptable. i think it because its longer than 20 characters
[eSK]Captain_Edward[Cm] is 23 characters. server allows 3 - 20 characters right ?

So please change my name to [eSK]Captain_Ed[Cm]  its 19 characters  so its bellow 20
Please change my name to that cause right now i can't join the server.

Ok for the clan tags, but you guys are getting crazy lately, changing your mind every minute about even a simple character to add like _ - ^ = [insert any random tag] and then to remove

Don't get me wrong, that message was in general for whoever changes name since lately it's becoming a kind of trend..
Anyway don't worry, someone from management will help you. Meanwhile just join with another nickname xD you're not banned or something
