Doubt that you can move that crane in samp but I do know the magnet works. Try to get an admin to drop you onto that magnet while you're in the vehicle, you may find there is no way out :p

The magnet works, dont know if its possible that someone can actually operate the crane though. I once was in the server with ACE and v3 i think and we was fooling around at hunters quarry. ACE put a car on the magnet and we just swung it around and shooting at it and stuff like that or jump on a dumper that was hanging onto the magnet.

If you really wanne know if the crane is operable you should ask Slice since hes the one working on the new GM.
