Connection Problem (Fake Banned)

Who can solve this problem? When I join in the game, i will get fake ban. If i try 3-5 times,  i will succes to join.

did you try reinstalling SA-MP or GTA ? Did u have mods installed at the time? Is your copy of GTA legit or illegal (pirated or not)

Thnx for commentz i did try all, i found the problem. The problem is my old Modem.
