Are you going to make a new topic everytime a new question arises? There's alot of ppl on IRC who can help you with your questions. Just join there for 5 minutes and all your questions will be answered.
The fish thing is linked to the amount of posts you make. Tiny fish, low amount of posts; big fish means a large amount of posts. Kinda makes sense
The server will be restarted when a member of management thinks the time is suited for it, I don't expect that it will take much longer.
