Couple years back either Simon, dugi or Popz made a LW launcher. It was basically a file that would directly start up and connect you to the LW server. Don't know what happened to it but it was easy and fast to have on your desktop.

I guess the ip of the server changed since that, you would have to do it again to make it work

This old tool had to be reworked with any ip-change and version update of sa-mp, too it was bit buggy and used to not to work with several mods.

btw. bionix sux! make LW-launcher!
