The subnet of 187.195 is current banned for Speed/Gravity Hacks by Avenger. It could that you have been caught unintentionally in the subnet ban or infact you did cheat and evaded the ban numerous times. Since I see no evidence of that in the banlist and the nickname "psydex" is not currently banned im going to go with the former.

Either way, Avenger will be able to provide you with more details soon. Please wait for his reply.

I highly doubt it's Psydex using hacks but anyways the subnet 187.195. is currently unblocked.
