You posted a video on the forums reporting another player for wall glitching. Pyshkin-Report_LW's Server

In this video you can be seen walking up to the police helipad backwards towards the camera whilst still aiming at the player behind you. This is not normal Vice City behavior. This mod gives you the advantage over other players of being able to aim at players while you are facing away from them which they cannot do. Can you explain how you are able to aim at players with a crosshair while walking away?

Modifying particle.txd is completely ok. Regardless of whether it was you who installed a mod that changed the camera or your brother it's still modded. It's a pretty distinctive feature and if you've played Vice City for a long period of time then you probably know it's not normal yourself and should have removed it.

You don't need to buy a new game in the shop... just reinstall it, it's not as if it came packaged with the mods you placed on it.
