If you're an 'audiophile' (the word has a noob connotation for me) or a person who appreciate good sound quality, I suggest you get good speakers. Headphones are never the way to go to listen to music. At least not for me. When it comes to actively listening to music.
I live in a pretty old house, not the standard concrete blocks you see nowadays. So when i play some metal, hardstyle, rock, or pretty much any other type of music. You will hear it 2 floors down. And that would be on roughly volume level 25.
Ill go do some more extensive research on what to get exactly.
Ive got a good PC, roughly 1200 euro. But thats mainly based on performance i need for school purposes.
Intel i7 4770K
G.Skill 16gb RAM 2133Mhz (for VM purposes)
GTX 770 2gb (it had 25% discount so i got it for gaming purposes)
120gb Intel SSD
MSI Z87-G45 Gaming motherboard (bought it for the HD audio stuff that was on there. And the possibility of maybe going SLI sometime in the future.)
EDIT:
What do you think about the Razer BlackShark ?
