I am sorry for you being banned. If u know for a fact that u did nothing wrong, then try to proof it. I am sure u will be allowed to play on the Joker-Server.
So you can test your theory about this being a bug there. Try to play against ppl with different pings, try to to play against ppl with high pings, low pings, see what heappens, fraps it, find out how the bug works and than post it here in a nice and friendly way.
But the evidence tells me you at least lied at your ban appeal, by saying that you didnt use the sawnoffs. So the odds are u did something wrong like cheating, bug abusing or using a nice script. in conclusion there is more that speaks against you, than there is speaking in favor of you.
so we had to ban you. I am sorry twinkle had to do it, cause she is and old RL friend of you. I know from her postings, it was really hard for her to do this.

why u r demoted:
You say u are demoted for making a video of rezerection. That is not right.
You were indiscriminately searching of any admin abuse. You frapsed rizla spawning with amor and told him he was abusing his admin-status. Thats not a bad thing to do. What made it bad was the way u told him. And if you as mod fraps an admin thinking he abuses, u can put it in the mod chamber, so we can discuss it in private. We would have told you that admins spawn with amor and such a thing is not admin abuse.
Its not a wrong thing that you were looking if the admins behaved fairly. But putting ur videos in the public forum was the wrong thing to do. such a thing antagonise players against admins and isnt exactly what the mod & admin team needs. Especilay not if your accusements are wrong.
You were demoted even before the admin who demoted you saw the rezerection video. So the content of your video had nothing to do with you being demoted.
Now telling everybody that admins abuse their power and you were demoted because u frapsed rezerection is a lie. Its also unfair towards the admin who demoted you, because he was just doing his job.
We dont need mods who work contra productiv. We like mods who keep an eye on the other mods and admins, but the way u do it is really not acceptable. If u search hard, u will always find something fishy, like me teleporting away from a fight to watch a suspect, who just went online. You could say i was admin abusing and there would be no way for me to prove you wrong, when in reality i was just doing my job.
You frapsed Rezerection not reloading his sawnoffs once. I dont know how you deal with such things as mod, but I as admin warn people before i pull the trigger on them.
I for instance dont ban ppl if they do such a thing 3 times in 2 hours. I ban them after I warned them and they keep on doing it several times. You could say now, that Rez was bug-abusing several times. The Fact that you just posted one instance, where he really didnt reload his sawn offs, shows you were just eager to get back on him.
That Rezerection and Rizla support twinkle in her decision is the right thing for them to do. The evidence we got was crosschecked with a samp co-developer. even he said, that it is highly likly that linx did somehting wrong.
It was hard for twinkle to ban your brother, because of you being RL friends and living in the same town.
Twinkle had to face a lot of negative coments because Linx is a regular player and hardly anyone wanted to believe that Linx did anything wrong, (that includes me). After examining the evidence it really looks for most of the admins like he did something wrong. So if they believe that linx has cheated, what would be the right thing for them to do? Support the other Admin!
If there would have been any evidence supporing your brothers theory, it would have been discussed in the admin section.
If u really think your brother did not do anything wrong, u should try to proof it, the way i told Linx. U should not search for faults at other players. And of course u shouldnt menace Rez or twinkle in RL neither should they, thats really sick. Its just a game, dont get your RL involved with it. I had a war with doctorMexico ingame, but np in RL he is my best friend. In fact in most of the games we play, we fight eachother. Thats what games are for. If I would have banned him, he wouldnt have let it impact our RL friendship.
