I can't seem to access to the server. Is it blocked to me or something?

Did you tried to remove it from favorites And add it again?

Or Did your tried to re-install your VC-MP?

I can't even see this in the internet list, so I added it back by entering the ip. I think reinstalling isn't going to help.

Actually I think I might know the reason behind this. I just need confirmation from Juppi if I was indeed got caught in a firewall ban by accident, then it will be solved automatically in time.

have u tried any vpn???
if you are able to view the server after turning on vpn then it means either a firewall as u mentioned your self or your country/service provider is blocking this ip ......
sometimes i get this too problem too but its just a temp and it gets fixed after few hours .(i hope same with your case)

create a new access direct from your destop to the game... right click in the icon... propiety and type this:

"C:\Archivos de programa\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\gta-vc.exe" -c -h 5.135.152.192 -p 5196 -n "your nick"

this is instant access direct to the server

I had already tried that out before but it did not work. Makes sense, because I can't even see the server now that I'm blocked, how would I even access it, right?
