Im not speed hacker -_- idk why he report me, i can't see in the video my "speed hack", idk, please reply, i don't wanna be banned for stupid reason...

Clearly obvious that its hacks and not lag of any kind. Not surprised since you were previously banned for hacks multiple times.
 If it was fps lag you would be moving much much much more slower. And 300-400 ping isn't going to make you get from A to B that quick. If you were getting warps that bad from a connection you would also see your opponents warping to the point that you wouldn't even be shooting near them nor in the correct direction where as from this video you were aiming/following them to accurately for it to be any kind of connection issue.
