I'm not part of the management, but I believe that you're including the admins when you use that term "management," so I'll answer.
A few days ago I did try and give a genuine effort in helping Danish get his money back.
The problem is, judging by his chat not only is his English bad but also is he young, probably 13 years old or something. Short attention span, doesn't even actively answer with a proper translator translating my words to him.
So I gave up.

Danish, you said you had 2.5 million dollars in your bank before. However, you said you'd be satisfied with just getting back 1 million dollars.
You are a lw regular, and money isn't really worth anything in this server without anything to spend on.
Therefore, I'd like to trust you and give you that 1 million dollar.
I do want you to know, though, that if this turns out to be a big fat lie, you are going to be permanently banned from playing in LW forever, for eternity.
