To report a cheater you need to use this thread;

CHEATER REPORTS

To report a rule-breaker you need to do;

If you want a rule-breaker to be punished, You need to use /report ID reason if you don't get any replies from staff, collect some proof which is enough to get him punished then PM any staff member with his nick, reason and proof and wait.

Making new topics would not help and your reports will be ignored.
