Cannot run sa on windows 10.

i have windows 10, same pc i played months ago, no changes only upgraded windows, and now trying to run gta:sa and it is not working, any further help?

p.s there is no error, all i do is trying to launch the application and it doesn't start

p.s3 im reinstalling the video driver but it seems okay as it can run other high graphic games
p.s4 video driver is okay, gta:sa doesnt want to run..

Check if the game folder named with a language which isn't installed in your OS
Try reinstalling the game (if its not a pirated version), Try to remove any any any mods includes cleo and/or graphics mods (ENB)
Check if the gta_sa.exe running in the task manager (processes tab) or it just starts and exits again.
Try to run the game on compatibility mode with Win XP,
Copy your game folder to other place and try to run it..
Try to check if your antivirus or anything blocking the game from starting..

solved by deleting the display adapters, restart, and it auto install them, thanks for who tried to
