i was playing vcmp for 6 months i've just created a new account and transfered my money from old to new ,the next minute when i quit and opened the game(reconnect) my money was 0  i was having about 3200000  plz help me

Sorry, but since you didn't use PAC, there is nothing we can do. We have these features for a reason to enable users to safely change their usernames without the need of making new accounts while also keeping all money/stats and vehicles.

We can not be held responsible for players who choose not to use the correct method provided for you. The process is very simple and you can find related topics all over the forum. All you need to do is look.

Did you just transfered cash like this !givecash <id> 3200000 directly? Or !givecash <id> 100000 and repeating,If you  done directly go and  see you're old acc to check your cash.

i did !give id 100000  like that   note:but i have my pcj bike with me    all other are erased  [money,stats] etcc

the money can't restore for the simple reason that they do not have the exact amount of money you you arranged.

For everyone if you create a new account then do /q and again join then your will not loose your stats or money.If you didn't do /q then you lose your money or stats.In start this same happened to me when i register then i play a hour or a half then i do reconnect.After reconnect i lost my all money and stats.
