Berkley HACKER USE OF CLEAR MODS!!!!!!

Time and date (if known):I think 1:30-2:00
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used:Modding
Evidence:I have a pic and video but dont know how to post!!
Additional information:Berkley use clear hacks or mods.Proofs=1.I have a video recorded of his hacks.But dont know how to pst that video plz help me in this HOW TO POST THE VEDEO I RECORED....2nd proof.MR.SINGH WAS WITH ME WATCHIND HIS HACKING/MODDING HE WAS FLYING  A CAR A CAR..!!!AND THEN HE GO UNDERWATER WITH THAT CAR......3rd Proof= then he allow every player to spec his hacking/modding   (THE UNDERWATER MODDING) which can be seen in the video i recored(but i dont know how to preview plz help me in this)

I DONT KNOW IS HE MODERATOR,ADMIN OR PLAYER JUST BAN HIM..

U GUYS BAN US FOR HACKING LIKE WALL HACKS,SPEED HACKS ,POWER HACKS ETC ...HE SHOULD ALSO GET BAN ..THIS IS UNFAIR IF HE DIDNT GET BAN....PlZ reply my comment admin i SHALL be very thankful.....

go to youtube and upload ur video and give the link here and it is  not any hack
