Actually this happened when we were having the Gang war and the malibu club was the defenders (FBI) base, i told the players in game that they should not spawn hatian's until the event is over but you joined game later and wasn't aware of it. So at this particular time, i would not ban them due to the event's situation.

However, ill keep an eye on all of them and will give a warning.

this was after the event ended, the event was ended at 12:23/24  in my country there is exactly one hour rather than the server time
