For the clarification, my IP is not always constant because I turn off my WiFi when I ain't using it, thus saving me from exceeding my downloading limit, and probably that's why IP gets changed. And as far as this is concerned that I connect from US, it always shows that I connect from US. I am sure you won't find any reason for me using VPN. I know it's not allowed but I can't help it.
According to me, this ban is totally unreasonable because the WiFi I sue always connects from US.
