The 0.3z masterlist has been shut down for ages now and no servers are being announced to the browser anymore. The only way to join a 0.3z server is by  either somehow finding about an online server or hosting one yourself, and connecting directly using an IP address and the Favorites- tab. LW's is not on 0.3z anymore.
