well there we go again i was fighting ratchet plus p4t under some alias was spying us i guess since he came out of nowhere and banned me without asking nor anything.

I was fighting ratchet and beating him in one of those fights he took 40hp away from me but not via knocking me down, he just shot me his bullet reached me and i jumped back
out of these 9 fights he didnt knock me down in any.
then i this happened, which happens someetimes in my pc and its smth i want to fix but dunno how ( a bit of help would be appreciated)

This image was taken today while i was fighting halchter in some other server you can see the server messages getting mixed plus my screen frozen and somewhat vibrating, all the screen goes crazy.
i somewhat explained it to halchter and he understood it
ive got this kind of bug since a few months some players i know, know it as well like ELK or former lw admin metalord this has even happened to me while fighting him and he had zero probs.
this is something than randomly happens i cant control it at all, this lasts between 5secs-min sometimes it gets fixed via escaping to windows and sometimes i gotta restart the pc
the fact is that i got banned for something i didnt do since ratchet didnt even knock me down

we were figthing running around at a certain distance, then this happened to me and he went and shot me but since i was frozen he couldnt kill me not i couldnt move nor do a single shit being like that, that might be because my fps dropped to the minimum or smth im facing this problem since a few months back and it sucks.

coming again to the evading part.. i had 60hp since he only took 40hp away, he didnt knock me down, i wasnt at low hp like 15 or less, my actual hp was 60 i dont consider that death evading.

dont think this is a benefit this also happened to me when to put up an example i knocked a guy down and when  i was about to finish him this shit happened and i couldnt kill him, also while racing in the server happened to me a few times being in 1st position this crap happened

and i got overtaken by almost everyone and lost the race

Id like you all to understand this was not evading i wasnt being knocking down, i could consider pause evading being in low hp like 1-10 and pausing the game, ive faced ton of ppl they went a metters away and paused the game while having 100hp and being in a 1v1 which is the case, i dont see it so fair tho if youre on 100hp and being smashed by 6 yellow guys with m4 then you go and pause, but this is not the case

Or to put up another example ive seen ton of players saying sorry my game escaped to windows due to windows updates or some othet thing and THIS can happen to all of us. I play vcmp in my old desktop which may be full of viruses that are causing troubles when playing so id like some help to fix this up

As for p4t he said it like ratchet stated above i wasnt knocked down nor had low hp plus i was beating him with no difficulty why would i evade? this even happened to me when fighting p4t once in the golf club i was also beating him and at some point my game got frozen for like 10 secs and he didnt say a single shit and we continued dueling

This guy is clearly stalking me to see me doing the minimun fail to ban me, it couldnt be more clear i even apologized if i offended him in the other ban appeal and instead of asking me he instantly banned me, plus he saw ratchet didnt knock me down and that i was beating him. This is like when a cop goes after someone looking for the minimum offense(even fake it) to catch the guy/girl, He was desiring to do that ban, but youre wrong.

Also im not that stupid to evade infrot of a LW moderator like ratchet rofl im not sharp_shooter, p4t is cool till someone goes agaisnt his principles, then he goes mad and think hes somewhat of a god cos hes been admin here since god knows when.
PD: im kinda tired of getting banned by this guy cos hes mad at me or gets mad when things dont go the way he wants seriously, i always try to help in the server especially spanish speaking newbies, im starting to consider this as a direct attack towards me, I even tried to cold up things with the guy and apologizing at first in the other appeal but this? mmm..

Sorry for the delayed reply, I've been busy on my days off work.  I'll respond to this one first then go back to the one from the other day.  Here's what I saw (while undercover and in spectate mode): juan came in and started dueling Ratchet.  After beating him a few times, Ratchet finally managed to knocked him down reducing his health by 30 or so (I can't remember exactly).  At that moment, Ratchet continued shooting him but juan did not lose HP.  After a second or two, I saw him turn into a ghost.  Ratchet continued shooting, and after another second or two juan turned back into solid form and ran away from Ratchet's shot.  They continued to fight and after the match was over I sent a PM to Ratchet asking if he saw death evade as well.  He replied yes, so I came back in with p4t and banned juan for 3 days.  I didn't feel the need to question him since 1. he could easily just quit before I could ban him and 2. there are very few honest players in this game who will admit to breaking the rules, and juan is not one of them.

A couple of quick things I wanted to point out.  One, I can't get the image to load, so I'm not sure what it's supposed to be.  Also, the line that begins with <Ratchet>, is that supposed to be a quote from him?  He has better grammar and that doesn't look like something he would say.  You mentioned that you don't consider pausing during a fight evading if your hp is 60 or above.  It doesn't matter if your HP is 100.  Pausing during a fight is ILLEGAL.

As far as your long explanation about how your computer is having issues, I've seen what you're talking about.  I also realize spectate mode has bugs of its own and I could have possibly seen something that didn't happen.  So the way I see it one of two things is true.  Either what you said is true and this is just the result of horrible sync, or you really did death evade.  Frankly, I think you broke the rules and you're lying to all of us. 

Please understand this is not a personal attack against juan.  A week ago, I considered him a friend and now he thinks I'm on some personal vendetta against him.  I really do try to hold all players to the same standards, even if they are my friends or even other staff.  I wouldn't hesitate to ban Ratchet if he was in his same exact situation.

Once again I could really use some input from other staff members.

I knew it was a knockdown. I did knock him down on my screen, then i continued to shoot you but you started to fade (ghost: a sign of pause) for awhile then came back and you started moving slowly forward then you quickly ran away from my shots and went to the side of the bikers building, and started shooting me, and killed me. After i died, p4t messaged me about what he saw and i saw this as well, and i agreed. Then p4t (under alias) left the server and joined as p4t, and banned him.

As soon as that ended, i decided to change the music, so i went into the desktop and saw my mIRC blinking, and saw Juan's trying to message me.

Look i don't care if your game is giving you issues, mine doesn't. Maybe if you stop staying on legacy operating systems, your issues would be alleviated.

Yes that was me on IRC. I was tired at the time and wanted to go sleep. Also, correct. That is what i was trying to say to him, but he insisted that it was not evade if the HP is above a certain limit, but it is, regardless of the amount of HP.

I also find it funny that Juan feels like p4t is stalking him. If that's the case, then i can say Juan's been stalking me as well. Every time i joined the server, the guy keeps on going after me. So i have no other option but to fight him. Plus, p4t was already there before you came into the server. Correct. Even i joined as an alias once and killed one guy before an event started, p4t simply kicked/banned me for 15 minutes and i didn't bother. I didn't bother because i knew i was in the wrong from the start. I would have done this if i was in his shoes as well.

Just look at the part p4t says my hp was reduced to 30hp or so, (not enough knowledge of the game) in case ratchet knocked me down (which is not the case)my hp should have went to 20HP since he took 40HP away from before, could you see that p4t? of course but youre not gonna admit it.

actually i was trying to punch ratchet down all the time since his lag makes me lazy to try to knock him down, i was never knocked down from ratchet shot, since when i came back to the game i still had 60hp, it makes impossible for ratchet to have knocked me down since a stubby shot from a very close distance instantly kills you, even more if i had 60hp, this is a wrong ban and i stand by my point.

i wouldnt have admitted it p4t cos i didnt death evade, dont act youre like honest cos all this ban came from a personal issue plus im now handicapped since p4t and ratchet always chill out in the server and ofc they are allied on this, ratchet knows he didnt know me down, its completely impossible he knocked me down, i admit my game got frozen i stated this same argument to other admins and they dont consider this evading, cos its not.

Nice plot guys. this proves me right ratchet when the other night i was claiming you always give credits/reason to p4t no matter what or even if hes right or not, you got disgusted and told me how low could i go, seems like you have made your payback by lying on this.

PD:I was swlowing moving cos i couldnt see a single shit on my screen my screen was getting cracked by secs like sa high fps drop and thats not death evading, i showed what is that thing that happens to me when i uploaded that img above, and i repeat you didnt knock me down cos i had 60hp when returned to normalgame after the issue.

Stop lying man, this is like being corrupted faking things to get someone banned. I just want my ban to be revoked because it was wrong and i would never evade on LW since its(was dunno after this shit) my fav server, even less infrot of ratchet even less since i was easily beating him.

I've been trying to read through all of this in a procedural way but it's quite a bit of a mess and since I didn't really witness all of this first hand I'll just give some subjective input. I know that you are a rager Juan but I don't imagine you as being the type of person that would death evade. I used to experience similiar problems (back on Windows XP on an older AGP graphics card, I don't know if thats the kind of hardware/OS you have) but basically I don't know what exactly caused it. The chatbox would become blurred and everything on the screen would freeze and the image would start to "bleed" and roll down the screen like a dripping painting and I used to panic and type /q right away as I thought my GPU was overheating badly or something. The crosshair also looked "tripled" up in thickness like in that screenshot

But yea you are responsible for fixing that kind of problem yourself and if you continue to play with that kind of circumstances then you must accept that it can get you into trouble if it's going to interfere with the game, especially at the wrong place at the wrong time which can cause alot of suspicion like just now. You posted a screenshot of it yourself and I do believe when you say that it was the fault at hand as opposed to death evading or whatever else. I'll go ahead and unban you since I honestly do not believe you would death evade and I'm going with my gut instinct in this. But please, if the problem persists please try to fix it and atleast we're aware of the problem now so if something happens similiar to death evading again with you then we can take that into consideration as we're not informed. Anyway, unbanned.
