Time and date (if known): Everyday he logs in.
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Flaming, Racism, Castism, Moody, constantly making fun of other's personality, mom jokes(infinite times), dad jokes(infinite times), rude to everyone, annoying, no respect for the rules and so on.
Evidence: Just log in to IRC whenever you see him online, that's evidence enough, or just ask players who he hates(probably everyone)
Additional information: Got tons of additional information, before you start reading this without reading the above information, do so now to know what situation the players of VC-MP are in whenever this turd logs in-game. All these doesn't just happen in LW's, wherever you see him logged in, he's either flaming someone or he's he's being a racist. 2/3rd of the whole VC-MP community hates this turd just because of his unnatural attitude towards every single player making fun of that player, or that player's family, or that players caste or that player's personality. I've really had enough of his bullshit. No, it's not just me, I speak on the behalf of VC-MP Players who are being victims of this turd getting on their nerves every single day. Here's a rough chat log of what a player goes through just for killing him.

It's the same shit that karan did/said. Make report with a little bit of sense. This report can be only a warn to both. Nobody will temporally ban/kick a player for this shit. It's just a game and everybody are talking shits about others players, you are not an exception or an example of clean player, if we talk about insults, etc.

I dont see any rule break in this report.
However if you are playing any game on internet, abusing is common and we cannot put any restriction on it except racism(which is already prohibited).
And to karan, since you know the rules of lw very well and if any admin or mod caught you doing racism then you will be straight away banned.
