Extra notes: I joined the server as usual, didnt refer a single word to p4t since this person doesnt deserve any respect from my side, i was just playing around, joking around as i always do and ive always done, i was dueling with some guy with m4 near ocean beach i knew p4t was watching me with an alias, hoping i would "death evade" again but sadly he couldnt see a single shit cos as the regular LW player i am with more than 400 hours played since june i dont cheat.
At this point eddy and thanos joined, two friends of mine, both from the dominican republic since im always joking around as you all might know, i just said " mis putitas dominicanas" p4t as the stalker he is, warned me for doing (i told him to go fuck yourself cos im seriously sick of this guy looking for me to make any fault like a rat, plus he does it only to me, he doesnt warn other players for doing the same)racist comments when i was also being called español maricon which means spanish faggot as well, ive also been called espanñol maricon, español gay, español cabron many times and he was on the server he didnt nothing, why did he mute me for this? hes just specting me everytime he can, waiting for me to do the minimal fault like cops do when they can abuse authority to catch ppl for pointless things at all.
I did evade his mute cos it wasnt right sicne i was only joking with my friends since i always do, i was also being called pig spanish fag etc but that was between friends, he took it hte way its not and he just muted cos he knew i would rejoin the server since it was not a legit mute.
I've never had any kind of problem on this server since i had a personal argument with p4t since then i got banned 3 times within 6 days and all of them cos of stupid things that had no sense at all and he wouldnt have done a single of these bans if i didnt have that personal issue with him at the first place
theres a plenty of ppl calling fucking paki, fucking turk ( nowadays lw is full of turkish ppl dunno why) and he does not do a single thing about it, but when it comes to me he does mute me cos of joking around with my friends.
what he muted me for is not definitely what an admin would look for if he wasnt chasing a certain player, i agree chasin players for cheating and other offenses but hes just chasing me cos of the issue i had with him, since then i got 3 bans here a place i was just banned from 1 time in 2014 (wrong ban from foxtrot) since i started playing in this server back in mid 2008, come on cut this crap already guys, this is completely an insult and an abuse i just play in peace like before, i act jus tlike the same way i used to act 1 week ago when i didnt have that personal issue with p4t yet, i even ignored p4t all the way just cos i dont want any kind of relationship with him.
Consider this ban appeal as an admin report towards p4t as well.

He doubts whether it was an accident or not(ends without even a warn), a random nub,when that frozen screen happened to me he had no doubt even he knew that was not evading and i wasnt even knocked down, he directly banned me without even letting me explain myself. Is it more clear now?
also the times ppl get called as their nationality names ie turk polish russian +" insert whatever offensive word you want to" this guy banning me this much out of nowhere since i had that argument with him aint normal

Ratchet (fellow p4t mate on the evading plot) calling czech retard which could als obe considered as racist but since its ratchet who says it p4t just does nothing, not even " hey control your tongue" while one hour ago before that he banned me for typing mis putitas dominicanas in a lang he had no clue about and he instatly warned me and muted me, the guy even asks why hes a retard. not the same measuring bar to everyone, all i want is to play here fairly enough since im doing from 2008 without being stalked by a mad admin i had a personal argument with(and since then hes desperately looking for excuses to ban me, and its been proven already) and without having to make ban appeals cos of pointless things he doesnt punish other players for each 2 days.
