Additional information: He's a new player, also me and friends have noticed that he pauses his game during fights, he even got warned by many of us and I bet he knows the rules. Deserves a ban this time.

Admittedly, he is kind of far away and it's not easy to see, but I believe this was a death evade.  Even though he is a new player, I'm fairly certain that nukerstar is aware of the rule against death evading.  3-day ban, and please.. don't repeat this mistake nukerstar.
