Hi , i would like to conversate with someone who has considerable or full knowledge on PayPal. The reason for this being that i have set my mind to donate(thus gain donator benefits)but since i am from Kosovo, it is the first time i'm using PayPal because i have never needed it before in my life so i have run into some problems. Anyway i will explain the details in PM,would anyone care to help me with my problem?
