Time and date (if known): Today
Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: ban evading, using DX tag (he isnt a member anymore)

Additional information: He connected as majom21 with his ban message, then he connected again with =DX=majom21 nickname and somehow managed to play. TekkeN and AJ^ confirmed too, that he should remove DX tag.
