I've spoken to a higher rank staff member about this situation, and in the discussion we had we can't consider this as death evade, because there was no player around him/her and he/she was not involved in a combat anymore after he/she had escaped the combat zone, besides that he/she killed himself/herself on purpose knowing that he or she was on low HP, but the kill still got registered in his/her stats.
Denied.
