However, technically its a team kill, he helped enemy to kill me. I've got warned for using this bug against opponents, but i understood my mistakes and stopped doing this. But anyway, why i should loose my ratio cause of noob team mates?

same, is death evade you can't abuse of any bug animation, or use any animation for death evade.
