I want my ID unbanned and my brother(the real d-evader caught) should be warned or banned..His name =WrS=Dark_Prince..

Now Ratchet,you are going to unban me right away,idk about anyone else,i dont want to argue with you guys,just unban me right away..
Idc you warn me or do somet'ng else,but remember that when you were a lower-class guy in VCMP,you get banned on somet'ng you didn't do,

First I want to make sure that I don't have anything to do with this, but in general you should blame yourself for letting your brother play on your PC and break a medium severity rule which resulted in a 3 days ban(you're lucky enough that Ratchet didn't give your brother a higher punishment, in general players who evade their death should be punished for 2 weeks). Besides that I'm afraid that Ratchet won't be able to unban you since we staff members ban players based on which UID they've used when they broke the rule, for that reason I don't think this appeal will be accepted because if we unban you your brother will also able to play again without completing his punishment.
Also we can't just only ban his account , because if he changes his username he will be able to play again on the server, thus the punishment has no effect at all, that's why we just ban the UID.

I have protected my pc with a password after the incident.If my brother changes UID nick,i will notify the staff,simple!

I will force him not to play this server and keep him away until the ban expires,so please dont ban my UID,I request to Ratchet!

Yeah you are right,the staff bans the uID but my brother is okay to get the ban instead of my uID,now
the ban needs to be transfered..

No. We punish those depending on what nickname was used when the rule breaking took place. Not my problem if it was your brother that was playing on your account. Plus, we can't unban you and ban your brother since both of you have the same IP and UID. So if I banned only your brother, you would also be affected by his ban regardless. The rest has been already explained to you by SuriAttacker. Denied.
