That ain't wall glitch, he was throwing flame at the entrance of the mall, therefor the other player was also able to shoot him through the entrance of the the mall from inside, in other words none of them were at an advantageous position.
About the first video I can't really tell whether it was on purpose or not, because the object(in this case the wall) was too close to the player's model and it can't be helped, I'll warn him anyway.
