Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Playing with 2 ids at same time for artificial lag

I am playing with tow names because LOGAN Say me In Home First i Say u LOGAN and aj We Are Brothers LOGAN Said me Come to 2nd nick and check the Ping because  i am help with the man  of internet
thats why i come with two  nicks
And Sharp don't exgrate this Topic Plz This is not a Long Issue
And i don't know about this rule of playing two nicks

Don't make lame excuse if u connect with your second nick to check ping so why u didn't quite game after checking ping. U minimize one nick and continue playing with your first nick because of this u lagging too muchh ping about 350+

Well there is no specific rule about this unless I'm missing something, but in case if he's doing this on purpose to make himself lag or to drop his FPS to gain advantage over others in some way (not sure what advantage a player can gain by doing this) then I guess it's safe to say that it isn't allowed to do that. Take this as a warning GHOST.RiDeR^.
