I'm of the opinion that his shun shouldn't be removed yet. As I can understand spanish I never saw a change of behaviour in this guy not even after the multiple mutes and bans he received. Santiago seems like a badly conceived troll and shows a total lack of respect towards everyone including staff. If you translate his response here as well in the last appeal, he shows no remorse or respect whatsoever yet out of kindness his appeal was accepted last time; I personally wouldn't be so lenient this time unless he comes back with good intentions.
