He made a mistake by typing the wrong ID, not a big deal if you ask me. I'm pretty sure everyone makes a mistake, even I do as an administrator, so no one is perfect at all. An apology can be accepted from Raj's side.

Anyhow, the management will have the final say here.

Yeah, it was a mistake of wrong typing..

And also I don't record all the time, I record when I have to report a person.. I usually don't record while I am warning anyone.
