Did you have a way to fix this problem for ever I will join at AT Saturday i hope you fix this problem just I have problem is downloading files on my pc and i will play at Saturday so i will join from my brothers pc but why should I join from his pc the is problem in my pc I ok I will but at Saturday

Simply, re-install your windows (don't backup your vcmp items). Install vcmp 0.4, then try Kelvin's method download the files and paste in where Kelvin said.

After all this change master list URL suggested by AltriZ.
It will work for sure. If it still doesn't work, then its pretty your internet issue.

Well, Today i just reinstalled my windows and I had the same issue I wasn't able to download files and i tried many way to fix it and then after trying many times finally i fixed it.

All i just did is installed vice city in a new local disk and haven't added any mods(like greenless/car mods etc) and then i was able to download files.

sorry for bumping old topics , i thought it will be useful for others.

I hope this will work others aswell.
