This is most likely your internet issue, did you try to connect with any other Laptop/PC? Also try to restart your modem/router and try out your luck, otherwise you'll have to contact your ISP regards this issue.

Cadiz, creo que son problemas de tu internet, reinicia tu router/modem y si no funciona debes llamar a tu compañia de internet.

Una pregunta, ¿Puedes entrar a google o youtube?
