Intro:

Vice City Race(holds by players) is holding by players, and racers who participant in current race should be following the rules of:

(i) Each race should be participated by three racers only

(ii) All racers in each race should be driving the same vehicle for the reason of fairness

(iii) The route of each race should be decided by all racers

(iv) In a three-racer race, two losers in the current race should pay winner 50k each, so winner will receive the prize of 100k

(v) Two losers from the previous race have the right of deciding what vehicle to use in the next race

(vi) All racers must not use any of cheats, hacks or modified programs (e.g. speed hacks), as the server is not allowed

For the audiences, they should:

(i) Audiences should not disturb every races, and should respect the race

(ii) Audiences should keep their way off of the route of each race

(iii) Audiences should not damage the vehicles of racers and should not hurt any racer


Recommendations:

(i) It is recommended that races should be held when the time of the server is empty (of course, the race can be held anytime)

(ii) It is recommended that each racer should ensure that they have prepared enough cash for the payment when they unfortunately lost a race

(iii) It is recommended that all racers should be readied probably before each race starts, and should not have any excuses when losing a race

(iv) It is recommended that all racers should be clearly understood the route of each race completely

1st race: malibu club --- downtown ammu (any route) (vicechee)
Result: sined won 100k, abir paid 50k, VCTaxiDriver paid 50k

2nd race: north mall starting point --- army base (any route) (comet)
Result: VCTaxiDriver won 100k, sined paid 50k, abir paid 50k

3rd race: vice port starting point --- malibu club (any route) (comet)
Result: cancelled, disturbed by unrelated players
